The main goal of this program is to provide economic means and moral support so that children from deprived neighborhoods may have access to high school education. In addition, another basic goal of this program is to instill the notions of responsibility and commitment in our volunteers.
By means of a monthly economic contribution and advice given to children, volunteers become models and guides to help them not only continue their studies, but also complete the school year despite the obstacles posed by the environment where they live.
Two volunteers per child provide the money needed to enable the student to afford transportation to school and the books to study. Both "sponsors" meet with the sponsored child once a month, as part of the follow-up required when acting as a guide for the student.
Program achievements:
. 15 students sponsored
