In December 2002, we launched our operation from Córdoba, Argentina as the first full multimedia Contact Center conceived to export different contact center services supporting voice operations, web-chat, web-cam and email operations as well.

Two months later, we had already gained as our client the second Internet Service provider in Argentina,providing them with assistance during the launch of their company in Argentina, for the different services they provided: consulting services, technological infrastructure and operation of the first 911-type service implemented in Argentina.

During that same year, we signed contract with the leading prepaid mobile telephone company in the United States and we opened our second branch in Córdoba, with capacity for 1200 positions.

At the beginning of 2004, we entered a five year legal and commercial agreement to provide Customer Service, Help Desk Services and Sales Opportunities Detection Services to the second most important traditional telephone provider in the United States.

In February of the same year, we set up another branch in Rosario and incorporated as our client the leading mobile telephone provider in Argentina, with over six million clients.

In 2005, we were acknowledged as the fastest growing company in Córdoba.


During the same year, we started to operate with one of the top insurance companies in Argentina and we also extended the services offered to the main mobile telephone service provider in the country.

In November 2005, we signed an agreement with the top ADSL provider in Argentina, closing a very successful year and looking at 2006 with great expectations.

In Q2 2006, one of the world's most prestigious credit card companies trusted Apex with their customer care services.

In July 2006, we became a part of the SYKES family (NASDAQ: SYKE), one of the world's most important BPO providers. This integration meant the consolidation of Apex as the business unit of SYKES Enterprises for operations in the Latin American and Spanish markets.
